Don't walk, RUN! Former tenant, sincerely just looking out for others by posting this review. Owner, Roxanne Rose is an extremeley dishonest and corrupt individual. She's disingenuous, lacks integrity and cares about no one but herself. She WILL do her best to take advantage of you; doesn't do her job properly and is all about the money. $$$ Believe It! BEWARE.
My owner isn't willing to upgrade the unto but charges a high amount for rent. I've been lied to about a lot of things in my unit also doing the work myself had to pay for serval things that should have been paid for by the owner.
