Thank you for your quality work. I would hire them again for my plumbing needs , Sam was extremely efficient, trusting and knowledgeable about my plumbing issues They are local, dependable and honest.
I had Rose plumbing come out and do work in my house, Kathy was straight forward and their response was fast and effective. Her son also showed up and worked himself in order to get the job done right, I would recommend to friends and family. After going through multiple "plumbers" that couldn't fix anything, Rose plumbing got to the bottom of it and fixed it right and on a timely manner.
Worst service ever!!!!!! You cant rely on this guys, they always say : will be back Tomorrow morning and finish up" and they never show up bc truck was broken or camera was broken etc... Nightmare!!!!
The actual workers that Kathy sends out are nice. Kathy is just the worst to deal with. She'll say she's gonna send a worker out, and then no one shows, she'll talk over the customer over the phone and argue with the customer. I used to think Rose was 5 stars, but now they are a 1 only because I had to deal with Kathy. She told me to go find another company because I called her to talk about a service charge when her worker was here for 10 minutes.
