This is probably the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. I gave them a doctors note for my daughters formula, they went ahead and issued it to my card, 9 cans my app said. when I got to the market to purchase my daughters prescribed formula there was no benefits. Not sure what they did after they issued it. I tried contacting the office and they have my number on blocked it hangs up every time I try calling. Great for expecting mothers. With valuable information to help during pregnancy as well as after having the baby. Helps with baby formula and baby food. As well as other approved foods.
They are so helpful. I have learned so much!
I have received excellent help here. The nutritionist are knowledgeable and friendly.
