management team is phenomenal!
RecommendedMy family and I love living here! Christyna and Sam do their hardest to help make the apartments a beautiful, joyful place to live! The manager Christyna try’s to do things for the little ones to do every month and coffee and Donut day to help all the tenants bond and get to know each other!
Just moved in last month. this place is great!! NO pet weight restriction is a major plus. plenty of amazing people around and lots of fur babies for all the pups to play with! i love that its a 5 min walk to the store. 711 right down the street. access to plenty of awesome things close by!
This is an amazing place to live! Location is within walking distance of EVERYTHING, and a short bus ride away from downtown Salem OR Keizer Station. Management is phenomenal, easy to talk to. Maintenance is fantastic!
Rose park is a great place to live . I have lived here for a year and a half and plan on renewing my contract. Management is very friendly and helpful. Sam our maintenance man is very friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance is always taken care of As soon as possible.
