I am not the type of person to complain or leave bad reviews but I had a terrible experience today at this location. It makes me sad because I’ve had really good experiences before this, but one bad moment can change your perspective on the buisness. I came in for a pedicure and asked for white French tips. The French tips took over an hour, and two people kept switching to do my toes. In total I was there for almost 2 hours. They were getting taken off and redone at least 5 times. $80–100 We went here for the first time today and I was nervous to go to a new place since I like more intricate designs. Van niem was great, he was the one who did my nails. He took his time and made sure it was exactly what I asked for. He was amazing. The one who did my toes was very good as well and made sure I was okay with everything. Her name was Thao.
