Awesome place and Cindy is amazing she is fun to talk to during the entire visit! Cindy does an awesome job, always makes sure it's perfect before she is completely done. They do take appointments and yes the place may be empty but they do the appointments first. That would be why it looks empty. I paid right before she applied nail polish, not before she started. I highly recommend Rose Nails to anyone located in Colorado Springs, CO. I had a great experience when I went. Their shop is super cute and clean. I hate when a nail salon is dirty and doesn't look like it's been taken care of. I felt comfortable there. They also did an amazing job on my mani pedi. My nails looked brand new when I left and didn't chip for at least 2 weeks. They also have a very affordable menu for manicures and pedicures
