If I could give this salon zero stars, I would. Rose is extremely rude to customers, yelling at them for wanting a certain shape of nail, and always fires good nail techs. Only go here if you want to be treated poorly.
I love the design and color of my nails also Rose listened really well to the length I wanted however I was slightly frustrated with the fact that my appointment that I called in and bookedstarted at 2:45 and I didn’t get started until 305. Also, I price checked how much it would cost online and it shows $60 for gel nails full set and $10 for the design however I was charged $85 after tax. If I would’ve known I was spending that much more. I would’ve went somewhere else that was a little bit cheaper.
First of all, I just want to say, “Wow!” As someone who has always had horrible experiences at various nail salons, this gem of a place proved to me that there are amazing nail technicians that actually exist. Chloe took each one of my nails seriously without rushing me out to get to another client. She did such a precise & thorough job, making my confidence spike once again as a new mother who wanted to treat myself.
