So the job itself wasn't horrible so I didn't give it a one-star, but it was such a soulless interaction. It felt like bare minimum and kind of rushed even though the place was empty on a friday. The thing that put me over the worst was her hovering over me when it came to signing the tip. Most awkward feeling I've ever had in a salon. I thought the place was going to be Hispanic at first, I should have walked right out when it wasn't. Personality goes a long way

The nail tech had polish all over my toes it looked like a 2 year old painted them I told her too take the polish off please i left & went too Boston’s Exotic Nails

My nails are seriously damaged after the lady rushed a soak off. I kept it professional. I guess all the nail salons in chelsea are trash. One nail tech working tirelessly messed up my nails there so tender. 😒 Never ever ever going back to that salon wasted 55 dollars for rushed damaged nail beds
