they showed a discount on the price of the car on a website and when I asked about the cost, they quoted the listed price without the discount and did not mention the availability of the discount.
I drove a long way to buy a van. They didn't offer me the deal l was looking for til a couple days later on a van that needed power sofa to be repaired. That should have already been done. But l would have bought it had they not played hardball at first visit. They lost the deal, l bought elsewhere. Pleasant experience overall & will probably get my next used car from them.
Explaining well all the details in the car and with the documents especially on the pricing ,Lyle (owner) so polite has a good customer service very helpful speak welled manner and very detailed on the deal no suprises. Absolutely I will recommend this company to my family & friends.
