My first visit to Rose, I was excited. She answered my questions. Then I had a problem. I had some bleeding and had to go to the Er.No heartbeat on the ultrasound. My horomine levels rose. I went back no heartbeat on the ultrasound. I waited two more weeks and still no heartbeat. I had to wait until after 5 for someone to call me and then attempt to call the on call. Which is impossible almost. They gave me the results and wanted ne to wait until Monday. I had to go to the Er in aurora. I had a fourth ultrasound no heartbeat... read more

Terrible place. Just terrible. The staff is incompetent, they (nurses, insurance, front desk) do not return phone calls, which as a first time preggo lady was very frustrating. The midwives themselves are a far cry from a midwife and not at all helpful or seem to really know whats going on. The fact that you can't see them until you are 12 weeks along is a bit stupid. Please please please look into other options, I was with them for about 6 months, and it was honestly 6 months too long.

Where do I even begin? If you don't mind getting medical care at a place that's comparable to a 3rd world country, then you will be happy here. Not only was I seen by someone who wasn't even a doctor during my first visit, I didn't get a pelvic exam, or any other type of exam and was charged over $400. They did NO blood work. Nothing that warrants $400. I spoke with a nurse or someone for about 10 minutes and they confirmed my pregnancy. That was it. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. So was the woman who check... read more

not a fan of rose... – I went to Rose for my first pregnancy. Even though there is a history of miscarriage in my family, and I was considered of "advanced maternal age" at 38, they did not want to see me until after 8 weeks. I suffered a miscarriage at 10 weeks - I had never even been seen by anyone at the clinic. I was depressed, sad and angry. I realize that there was probably something wrong with the fetus making it nonviable, but I still wonder if they had examined me and done blood work, if the issue could have been pr... read more

They don't seem THAT bad to me! – I haven't physically been there yet, but when I called they were very helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions, told me to call back if I had any concerns at all. I guess we will see for sure when I go in in about a month

Changing Doctors!! – I have been going to Rose Midwifery for the last 7 or so months and I am finally going to switch clinics. I absolutely hate it there. They make me feel like I am in trouble. Like I am meeting with a probation officer or something. I have to see this counselor ever single time I go in there and she asks me all of these questions about my financial situation- if I can pay my rent, how well my fiance and I get along...like if i don't answer correctly, she is going to report me to social services. Every time... read more

Could be better – When I found out that I was pregnant with my 3rd child I sought out midwifery services when I discovered that my insurance hospital was Rose Medical Center. Having had midwives with my first two, I thought this would be a good choice. I found that: 1. The front office was extremely busy, and too busy to be warm and friendly as a first impression. 2. The waiting area is chaotic and appears to be a daycare with all of the patients who bring in their other noisy children. 3. There were too many midwives operat... read more

Not a trustworthy healthcare staff – As soon as I found out I was pregnant I called Rose midwifery to schedule an intake appointment. I was told they don't see patients before 8 weeks and scheduled accordingly. About three weeks later, a week before my first appointment, I had some complications and was in the emergency room next door. When I was released I was told to follow up with the midwives and they never returned one of my three phone calls. I walked in on the day I was supposes to follow-up on, hoping they would help... read more
