Very quick and efficient. Insurance info taken, blood taken, then x-ray, then EKG, then CT scan, all one after the other. Quick diagnosis and was sent home. Never saw or met the doctor that was listed on my discharge papers. I was in a lot of pain, but no one pressed on me to see if there were any underlying pains on any of my organs.
Visited this ER at midnight for an emergency. Drs, Nurses, administrators and security personnel was very cooperative and they service they provided was at its best.
I was having a serious asthma attack. The only person to help me and who showed concern was the respiratory therapist. I finally received a treatment an hour or more after I arrived by ambulance. I could hardly breathe, and the doctor--who showed his face for maybe 5 minutes and never examined me or asked if I was in pain--disappeared. I had no call button, I was never given oxygen, I was left alone in bed struggling to breathe.
