When I was here supervising my spouse who was in the emergency room overnight, we overhead two nurses openly joking and laughing about letting an older woman die because she was an organ doner and they'd make more money selling her organs than saving her life. I was disgusted, and we left as soon as possible.
The ER was totally quiet at midnight when I arrived. If one can control when one is at an ER this would surpass excellent.
