Do not live here - too many units, not enough management - super thin walls and domestic fights at night - under remodel for the last two years & jackhammering & drilling all day - water shut off at least once a week for “maintenance reasons” - poor communication from management
Rose Manor Review This building is very close to public transport, as well as right off Eat Street. It's also located just a quick walk away from a nice park and the Minneapolis Institute of Art. The apartment I have is pretty spacious for a one bedroom, although it's a bit of a tight fit for a couple. Lots of windows and natural light, especially in the morning. There is a bit of a mold problem during the winter though, as the apartments don't have proper ventilation and the windows tend to freeze shut, trapping humidity. I... read more
