I received a referral for a sonohysterogram from my obgyn. Rose hospital called me, I didn’t call them, after this referral was put in. The scheduler read out loud the procedure I needed, and listed multiple available dates to schedule. An hour before my appointment day and time, I was called and informed my appointment was canceled, and that none of their sister facilities would do this for me. I was the told to contact my obgyn. Had such a pleasant experience at Rose Imaging Center. I’ve had a number of health issues this past year which included many IV’s , surgeries, blood work, infusions, etc. The thought of having to get an IV for a scan throws me into a tizzy weeks before it even takes place as I’ve been overdone on needles. I came into the center for my CT scan this morning, waiting all of 5 mins until Angela called me back. Immediately she presents having a warm, compassionate and knowledgeable presence. I had the best experience thanks to Gina M, who went above and beyond to help me. She also has the best attitude and makes you so comfortable, I would do MRIs every day just to be taken care of by Gina :) thank you for everything
