Make sure you get someone with experience when making your arrangements. I was promised fingerprints so we could make memorials for the family and Sarah did not deliver. She made a mistake and we paid for it. She did not get us to sign a particular request for the fingerprint of our loved one. I came back to pick up my mom's DC and her fingerprints. I am so disappointed in her and there is nothing that can be done at this time. :(
