Ordered jewellery from this location, waited weeks for it to come in, I go in to pick it up and everything goes well. Thirty minutes after I left, I got a phone call saying there was an issue with my order and I need to return to the store immediately. So I do as I’m asked of and turns out the guy there undercharged me by $20-$30 when I had already paid around $200 for this piece of jewellery. Super frustrating as a customer. Huge shout out to Jamie, although I didn't get to see his work today, he was incredibly patient and kind to my youngster as her anxiety got the better of her. He was so amazing with her, super supportive and explained everything as she asked. We will definitely be back when she works up the courage to try again.
Had my septum piercing done here back in July 2023 and just realized I never left a review after referring them to a friend today! Friendly staff and a clean safe feeling shop / rooms really stood out to me as someone getting their first piercing. They had a great selection of high quality medical grade titanium jewelry too.
