I brought my 6 year old to have her ears pierced today, and it was a wonderful experience for both of us. They made her feel special and comfortable, and from the time we walked in the door to the time we left it was all positive. Jamie took the time to explain everything to us in a way a child would understand.
Choosing Rose Gold is the best thing you could do when choosing a piercer. Jamie is always so supportive, calming, gentle, patient and professional. His knowledge is top notch. I trust him explicitly. Krystine was equally impressive. Know you are in good hands when you come to Rose Gold. Policies and procedures are exceptional, clean and so very talented staff.

I found the staff friendly. However, both my nostril and philtrum piercings are extremely crooked. I genuinely think for how much they pride themselves on being the best, and how expensive they are, this shouldn't be happening. It's been 2.5 years and I haven't returned since I don't live local to them unfortunately, but I'm still disappointed. EDIT** I was waiting for this crappy response where the owner refuses to hold any accountability. My piercings were PIERCED crooked. They were downsized when they were supposed to be.... read more
