I was short-changed by a young woman with long hair. Two weeks ago I was purposely short-changed by a young woman with long hair. Rose Garden only accepts cash. Maybe that's so they can short-change customers who don't count their change. The young woman did NOT make a mistake. She knew exactly how to short-change a customer. I bought an order of fried rice for $4.95. I gave her $20. She gave me 1 $5 bill, two $1.00 bills and 15 cents change. I don't count my change when I'm in a hurry.
