Very Professional, timely.
I had a good experience with the doctor and Katrina for the cleaning process. However the staff at the front desk are super inefficient. I repeatedly mentioned that I have two insurances and the receptionist kept on acknowledging yes she has those. Eventually after pressing on more because the bill seemed to be a bit off and I knew my secondary insurance covered some of the things, she called delta dental and said she was in the process of verifying. New Patient exam today with a cleaning. Dr Earle and Hygienist Anne were amazing.
My hygienist, korina, she is the best. She is so thorough, positive,knowledgeable and friendly.
Valerie, visiting hygienist, was amazing! She explained each step and gave good practical tips. She was very gentle and thoughtful with my cleaning. Dr. Earle was friendly and encouraging. Thanks for the awesome experience!
