The flowers I ordered through FTD that were delivered by Ross Cottage were starting to fall apart the same day my wife received them. Wondered if these were fresh flowers or something just sitting around the shop. I expected better...

I wanted to have flowers delivered to my sister who just moved into her new home in DeForest. I picked the New Beginnings bouquet because of its beauty but also because this was a "new beginning" for my sis. OMG. It is so beautiful! A+ on the beauty and quality of the arrangement! I am sorry to say that the Mother's Day bouquet that I ordered through Teleflora was very disappointing. It arrived looking like it was days old, missing flowers based on the picture of what I thought I ordered. I will not be using this vendor again. I am refraining from posting pictures. I contacted them directly and have never heard back. They did receive the pictures. Oh well.
