I live in PA and wanted a special bouquet made for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and vow renewal. I sent original wedding photos in for them to replicate and they nailed it! It really helped make the day even more special! The whole process was very easy! Communication was wonderful and the delivery on time to my parents home in Deforest!
The flowers I ordered through FTD that were delivered by Ross Cottage were starting to fall apart the same day my wife received them. Wondered if these were fresh flowers or something just sitting around the shop. I expected better...
