Ordered 20 roses be delivered to my partner as a surprise of witch The order arrived as directed before 5pm on day of delivery selected, However my issue is that a lot of the roses if not all have already started too die, even upon arrival my partner and her coworkers noted they weren’t in most fresh conditions, for the price you pay I did expect a little better however my partner was still lost for words non the less at the beauty of them, I just personally would rather they not be starting to depeddled and dying out on del... read more

Yesterday was mine and my wife’s first Valentine’s Day as husband and wife and the day was spoilt because the roses I ordered were not delivered and it wasn’t just my wife's day that was ruined. To make things worse, I give my daughter a single red rose every year for Valentine’s Day and she didn’t receive her rose either. The ladies at rose and co penrith are always lovely and friendly, they have made many lovely arrangements for me which are always beautiful and the flowers are in really good condition. Just want to say thanks and that I highly recommend!!
