I wish I could give this place zero stars. First, just getting ahold of the office was a nightmare. It took multiple calls before anyone responded. When they finally called me back, I missed the call and then had to make several more attempts before I could reach someone. When I finally got through and explained that I was calling to confirm my appointment, the receptionist hung up on me because I was apparently talking too fast. I then had to call back again. The staff are very nice, and Dr. Tran is really great — friendly and informative.
Great optometrist! Very friendly. Great eye health care. I absolutely recommend Rose City Vision Care.
Scheduling is easy, service is timely, and care is warm and professional.
I have been there a couple of times over the last few years and really like the staff and the doctor.
