I was extremely impressed with this medical center. I called to become a new patient and they had an appointment made for me a few days later. The staff in the front office was welcoming and helpful.There wasn’t a big time discrepancy between my appt time and when I was seen. The nurse was friendly and thorough. I saw Dr. Tina Barber and I have never met a doctor I’ve liked better. She was knowledgeable, non judgmental and respectful. I'm absolutely frustrated with this establishment. I've never had any issues with Rose City until now because apparently they have a new provider. Back in November I received a bill from Rose City late because our address changed and even though we had our mail forwarded many of our mail got returned to sender . When we did get the bill we promptly paid it. I even went into the office and paid it in person because I felt bad for being overdue on the bill. Does not accept Providence and the lady at the front desk was flat out rude and unhelpful from the moment we walked in. Maybe work on the way you speak to people when you're being paid to help us?
