They never called me back
Despite being booked months out, Katie took the time to talk with me at length about a leaky roof so I could solve it myself. Great support. Not that I ever want to have something costly, but when I do I'll certainly be giving them my support.
These guys have very reasonable rates by today's standards and are very detail-oriented and knowledgeable. They even provided a free estimate for the work needed.
My fridge stopped working on propane. Robert was able to troubleshoot and repair in 24 hours. Very happy with their service and particularly with KD who runs the front office. Great resource for RV repair.
