Kate helped sell my condo in a very slow market when there were four other units available in my building! She knows Portland and especially the Pearl district extremely well and gave good advice as to pricing and staging. She and Cody at Rose City Realty also handled meeting a blinds repair person after I had already moved to another city, which was a huge help. She did a great job as my agent, I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell in Portland.
Kate and team helped us sell our property in a tough market. Their vast network and local expanded the whole process easy and efficient. We moved out of state but may invest back into the Portland market. When ready, RCRG will be our first call. Could not give a higher recommendation for them if looking to buy or sell in Portland. First Lesson, having a friend that’s an agent is a plus, but if you call her to say you’ve been “thinking” about downsizing from a house to a condo, just know she will act and suddenly your life will shift in great and wonderful ways.
