They always work till I am satisfied with the results and they always get the problem fixed the first time anyways.
Wouldn't Call Anyone Else! Our heat pump quit and I was referred to Rose City Heating and Cooling. They explained how my system of heat pump and furnace works. I purchased a new heat pump and furnace. They worked on some ducts. The first time the system came on I was amazed to see my curtains blowing around over the vents. That had never, in 20 years happened before. I am extremely pleased with their service, professionalism and customer care. I would recommend them to my Mother!!!!
Less than Saisfactory My furnace began to act up on a Saturday morning. I called Rose City based on reviews from other sites, the fact that they were local to my neighborhood and because they claimed to offer 24 hour emergency service. I called the "24 hour emergency" number listed on their website. It did not alarm me that I got voice mail, expecting fully that I'd get a call back within an hour. I did not get a call back until Monday at 10 AM. So much for 24-hour emergency service.
Respected my home I was surprised to see the level of attention you paid to protecting my home. You laid down carpet protector for your entire work area and wore shoe booties. The other company I got an estimate from just walked into my home with dirty boots. Needless to say, I am happy I went with Rose City.
The party was a success I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with your company. My furnace quit the day of my daughter??s Birthday party. I called 3 other companies and no one was able to come out that that Friday afternoon. Rose City was. The technician fixed my furnace on the spot. The party was a success.
My faith in the HVAC industry has been restored! My faith in the HVAC industry has been restored! I have gone through several companies and have always found terrible customer service. When I called you, you answered the phone and sent a tech who arrived to my home within 1 hour. He was very professional and fixed the furnace at a very reasonable rate and even found mistakes not noticed by anyone else. I will continue using Rose City for all my future needs.
I'm Impressed Although I have not owned American Standard furnaces before, so far I am very impressed with their quality. I was very impressed with my installers, Rose City Heating & Air. They did a very professional job installing my new furnace. Even the local building inspector was impressed with their installation job.
