Rose City Floral is fantastic! For less money than a company like Bouqs, they made and delivered this beautiful flower cake for my friend's birthday. I was even able to note her favorite color and she LOVES this. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from Rose City Floral, each time the bouquets were received with high praise from a flower lover, and exceeded my expectations all at a reasonable price. Beautiful flowers that lasted over 2 weeks, but disappointing customer service. I ordered these flowers for next-day delivery on the 9th. On the 10th I received an automated email saying they had been delivered, but the recipient hadn't received them. I emailed customer service and never heard back.
