The awning that we ordered to cover our deck was challenging, we know. However we were unhappy with the result for two reasons, both related to what we were told during the sales process, not the installation. The sales rep told us that the left edge would align with the deck railing and the right edge would align with the end of the roof. We had a great experience with Rose City Awning. Our home is southern facing and we needed a solution to protect our hard wood floors, furniture etc from the sun. Interior drapes or blinds do not work with the style of our home so we turned to Rose City for help planning and selecting exterior shades.
