We’ve trusted Rose City for 45 years. They put awnings on our home shortly after it was built and have taken care of us ever since. They are a professional company from beginning to end, keeping the customer always informed about their order. Their installers are prompt and courteous and do a great job. We’re proud to call ourselves their customer.
Great service! First, Steve (the owner) stopped by to ask about our awning and offer his help. When he understood that we wanted to take it down, he offered to do it for free and dispose of the awning. I followed up with Eric and next day they showed up on time, removed it quickly and cleanly, and got done with great professionalism. First class!
They were professional and friendly. I requested a ballpark "guesstimate" over the phone when I first called them & they were able to accommodate me. I had called another large company & they refused to estimate until they came to my house. Rose City delivered my awnings earlier than expected. They removed my old existing awnings, hauled them away & repaired the areas on the walls where they had been attached. I luckily had some house paint & they painted the areas too. Skylar and Max arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were both incredibly nice and polite. They put three retractable screen on our outdoor patio. Skylar and Max explained everything they were going to do and it looks better than I anticipated. After they were done hanging the screens, they walked us through the operation and maintenance instructions. Max and Skylar were both amazing and we would highly recommend them (and Rose City Awning and Flag) to any of our friends and/neighbors.
