Rose City Awning was my second call for assistance on repairing an exterior motorized shade. The first business that came out diagnosed that a full replacement was needed and quoted $4,200. In contacting Rose City Awning, Jeremy provided our first assistance and his evaluation through discussion and pictures was that most likely we needed the motor replaced and that they could order one for $1,600 which was considerably less. Rose City Awning just completed a beautiful installation of three new awnings at our showroom in Portland. Both Jeremy and Carol Ann were consumate professionals from begining to end. The awning that we ordered to cover our deck was challenging, we know. However we were unhappy with the result for two reasons, both related to what we were told during the sales process, not the installation. The sales rep told us that the left edge would align with the deck railing and the right edge would align with the end of the roof.
