i am the owner of a wholesale flower company that supplies Rose city flowers. this company has refused to pay its bill with my company after many attempts to try to collect. we have even tried to use a collection agency. i am not sure how Rose City Flowers is still in business. In my opinion this is not a reputably company.
My friend really enjoyed her flowers! I was determined to find a local small business to support and I'm glad I chose Rose City.
Top notch quality, pricing and responsiveness. They've planned and executed all of my kids' birthday parties without any issues. Highly recommend!
Edit: After an issue with a previous order, they were very considerate and went above and beyond to make things right. Should have been weary reading the review that said flowers look nothing like what I thought I ordered. I specifically ordered the bouquet called "Black Widow" which they advertise as containing a "perfect combination of dark flowers, light pink roses, and burgundy dahlias," and my fiancé's favorite flowers are dahlias.
