My husband and I go to Rose's Cafe frequently, on this visit it was Cinco de Mayo. We arrived early, immediately seated inside. The waiter promptly greeted us, we ordered drinks. Chips, Salsa and guacamole come. We ordered, our meal come it is hot, delicious and made to order. We had excellent service and food. Roses Cafe never disappoints us.
Been coming for over twenty seven years and the New Mexico Enchiladas have always been a unique find, since my grabndfather Tafoya who was from New Mexico, use to have my grandmother make his Enchiladas this way. It's the only place besides my grandma's kitchen I've ever even seen these offered. Thank you for being here.
