I called Rose Bros after not having very good luck with the previous three technicians from different companies. No one could figure out why the furnace would not stay lit. Granted it was a really difficult problem to solve, but fortunately Arlo and Guy figured it out and my furnace is finally heating my place. Both technicians were on time, very polite and very knowledgeable. They explained things, took a lot of pictures and taped their findings, etc as they went along.
