Nice park overall and a great location just off the Halifax River!
I had a GREAT time at this resort. It is an AWESOME place for riding your bike as well as walking and it even has a boat launch if you have a kayak or a boat if you like to fish. It is very close to just about ANY shopping necessary as well as lots of restaurants. Daytona Beach is only about 5 miles away and that is where I spent most of my time. I must say I had a very big, nice corner lot with lots of grass. Now keep in mind all the lots are not that big and nice but there are a lot of big and several are very deep lots. T... read more

I love it down here in Rosebay the only problem I have is this resort is starting to get very expensive they keep raising the rent every year sooner or later people won't be able to come to this one and that sad
Quiet with a pool Sshhhh you may hear that PiN drop !!!!!!!! . Loudest thing is neighbors a.c. What a great place. !! Next to rose bay fishing daily for dinner. !!! Love this place. !!!!!!! Highly recommend. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love this RV resort park! Have been treated kindly from everyone on staff here and also love my neighbors, I would not have The socialization anywhere else that we have here !!!!
