We recently purchased a Kia Forte from Rose Auto. We quickly learned about some issues with the car. For example, the car did not have working air bags. AMAZING! CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Jalal is a very nice guy and always cares about the customer. He's helped me numerous times with getting a car. He also treats his employees with great respect and he has a great sense of humor. All the other employees are also very nice. They cater to your needs and treat you like they have know you for years. I'm so grateful for what they have done I help them out as well.
