By far the worst realty company my husband and I have rented from! We had issue after issue with one of their properties and placed a estimate of 15 maintenance issues. We are now at the end of our lease THANKFULLY, yet none of the issues have been resolved. Two of which are emergency issues (leaking ceiling all over the carpet, fireplace glass broke because an animal got trapped in and busted the glass) those two issues alone were 5 months ago and STILL not fixed. The worst service I have ever experienced! I have had multiple occasions where I have left voice mails and emails with no return messages!! If you do get ahold of someone and they say they will call back, it NEVER happens! I would hate to go through these people again! Thank God I moved!! I also know another lady who had these people as a realitor, she had to go to court to get things settled! By far the worst company employees ever!!
My husband and I rented a house from this company, and from day one it was a disaster. The day we moved in there were huge holes in the wall and ceilings, the floors were filthy, and it had a super musky smell to it. Anytime we needed anything done it would take forever for someone to take care of our requests (including a rotted handrail that took weeks for them to have taken care of).
