I have tried to contact Damaris Gonzalez on several occasions and she ignores all inquiries. No wonder her listing has sat on the market for a month. I would not hire her to sell or rent your properties. There’s many other willing agents who actually need the sells and it shows in their work ethics.
Rosalie was very knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to pricing my house for the sell, and also the tips she gave me to get it ready. And best of all the house sold within the 1st week. I would recommend Rosalie to all my family and friends. Rosalie team that she put together is just as helpful and knowledgeable.When I had any questions and I would call Rosalie and her team would get back to me in a timely manner. Rosalie is also very knowledgeable in helping and guiding me in my new build.
