I grew up in southwest Colorado and came back on vacation this past week. On my agenda, I needed to find a good place to eat green chili. So I looked at the reviews of all the local places in Pagosa Springs and noticed that the green chili was mentioned in most reviews positively at The Rose. I went there with my dad, brother and sister and we all wanted to try the green chili. Our table had huevos rancheros and the breakfast burrito times 2. We did our research for the best green chili in town and they delivered! It had just the right amount of heat and good flavor. Very delicious!

They don’t service black people so if you still leave in 1950 you’ll love it I’m sure!
