I am posting this review based on my experience with them 100%! I tried to join their disaster relief group in or about 2016 after their former president Mr. Engstrom retired and Wendy Morris became the new president. Around the same time I began experiencing a major neighbor conflict with an HOA chair Member in charge of recruitment ( Cynthia Rose Roman aka Cynthia Roman Aaronson).
