Taco dinner tragically marred by extremely wet & slippery floor. I slipped at the cash register right in front of employee & told him. He did nothing. I then almost fell twice getting my drink & said something to another employee. Still nothing. Then Hanna almost fell & said something too. Still nothing. Then Hanna did fall! Finally they put out a wet floor sing. But still didn't try to remedy the problem. On top of that, the food was not that hot, literally & figuratively.
Food there has been fantastic but communication is non-existent. Have made numerous phone calls, sent email, and left a message in person for a very simple question and CANNOT get any sort of communication. I guess the customer service has stopped there. It's a shame to lose customers over this.
