My husband and I went to roscoes today for Thursdays on 1st and asked if they had an allergy guide. they said no and asked what allergy. We asked what was gluten free and they said everything besides the buns. My husband got a bbq pork sandwich with no bun and within 20 mins was ill. When I called the store i told them what had happened and they said "I doubt it". Terrible customer service. The man on the phone had no empathy that my husband got sick from their food. Not safe to eat there for anyone with allergies.

Love this place! Of course my luck the year I move away they decide to close for good.
the ribs were tough and not very good tasting. i expected better. a waste of 17.00. not again...
Delicious. Definitely a must when in Rochester!!
