The absolute worse. I've gone from living in a house to luxury apartment home living for only 4 months and it has been the worst experience. The management office has been completely non-responsive to my inquiry and complaints!
The worst management company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. The staff currently occupying the office at The Veranda At Centerfield are the worst, most unapologetic, lazy, employees I have ever seen in an Apartment complex. It takes just short of a miracle to get them to perform the simplest of tasks. I have never been so disappointed in a management service. I currently Live in some apartments that Roscoe property management recently took over 2 or 3 months ago. Since the Pandemic occurred I feel as if they have been horrible they want to charge you for a pest control that we are not able to have access to during this pandemic . The pest control ppl are not able to come into your apt ,but their answer was they still.spray outside ,but what good would that do for me if a resident just recently moved out and have bad roachesroaches ,but they still.wanted to charge all these freaki... read more
Dont answer or return phone calls. Lazy, inconsistent staff. Been without hot water for a week. On my 6th day, showing concern and lack of communication with staff, lady said I was raising my voice. She talked about that more than my issue.
