It was fate that I found Dr. Adams. I "starred" him on a "find a physician" list provided by my health care insurance company and by chance, a friend mentioned/referred him, as well. Dr. Adams gave me a thorough exam and explained step by step what he was doing and the signs he was looking for. I"ve NEVER had a doctor provide so much information. While Dr Adams is an excellent and kind physician, I can say some of his staff were unbelievably rude and unprofessional during this particular visit… I visited the office for a routine follow up and screening which required a Blood Draw which he ordered. The phlebotomist made it a point to let me know she was upset with Dr Adams as he knew she had to get her child from school and has to leave by a certain time. She proceeded to huff, puff and aggressively put in my information and essentially throw the the items on the meta... read more
This provider and his office cost me $300. They refused to code my visit as an annual physical, even when my insurance requested they do so. After going back and forth with them for months they simply refused to speak further and continued to send me late notice bills. For fear of accruing fees I ended up paying the bills.
