Huge disappointment - I used to love this place. New owners have lost the Chicago magic of this Chicago chain. Now it's just like all the other pizza in TX. Nothing special. . It's not horrible, just not great as it once was. Boo.
I placed an order for delivery and waited 2 hours. I finally got my food after they called back and told me my food would be free because it took so long. The deliveryman told me I had to pay for it. My order was $13 and some change. I gave the deliveryman a 20 expecting my change back... I went to put my food in the back because I'm at work when I came back the man was gone... With my change... Why would you think you should get almost a $7 when I had to wait double the time I was quoted... Highly upset

Deep dish
The food was exceptional. I had the Chicago Burger with their famous Chippies and slaw. The flavor was amazing! The service left a lot to be desired. Very slow and was never asked if we cared to have a refill on our drinks. Took forever to get the check and then forever again for the waitress to pick it up. Will try it again because the food was fantastic just hope the service has improved the next time.
