I have visited Rosati's many times and have always had great service. Today was not the case. I had placed an online order today and scheduled for my order to be ready by 5:45 pm. When I arrived there had been a glitch in the system and my order was not ready. These things happen I understand, however while I waited for my food many of the seats were taken by your drivers on their phones and tablets who didn't even bother to look up and offer their seat to your paying customers... We had $70.00 worth of pizza delivered last night. It was not eatable. Out of five people, no one liked it. When we called they told us there were new owners, and offered us more pizza. Which we refused. Its not what it used to be.
Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Pizza is so good! Most authentic flavor that I can describe. Not that I have ever had the real thing from Italy, but I have never tasted any better here in Texas.
This place has really gotten worse since the change of ownership. Took over 30 minutes to get a thin crust pizza. Asked to see the manager and she was non apologetic and snotty. The pizza itself was so salty, I could hardly eat it. I will NEVER go back again and will tell all of my friends about the terrible experience.
We discovered this place when we were having to spend a lot of time in Waco. We knew, from the first time we ate there, that we were eating something special. The pizza tastes so different from the chain pizza places that are found everywhere. It's a very casual place & we feel very comfortable there.
Awesome food very good service. You definitely get your money worth.
