Slow forgot to make half my order as I just stood there waiting
We always go to rosatis for our pizza and lately every time we order it’s incorrect, we even watched our driver try to put a pizza back together after pieces had fallen out into his trunk.... we decided this time to order and pick up due to the past issues.... we ordered $53 of pizza and I asked for one side of ranch and they informed me I would have to pay for the side of ranch as well.... will be ordering from Windy City Pizza from now on..... much better customer service, … See more

Ordered two pizzas tonight. Got home one pizza was wrong and they said they could have the pizza ready in 30 minutes and to bring the wrong pizza back. Didn’t even comp the pizza, had to return the wrong pizza, and got no apology when we picked up the new one. Bad service all around

Absolutely terrible I would never suggest this place they took 45 mins to deliver a salad only to get in wrong
I use to love this place but Sunday I ordered 50$ worth of food and my pizza was messed up I was missing half of what I ordered and parts of every meal. I was given a very small credit because of it and now I ordered today and was missing my fries and my salad. When I called to complain I was told sorry I’ll send someone with them and then hung up.
