Decent Mexican I think the food is OK at Rosa. It isn't the best or worst. The prices are very good and the Margaritas are only $3 and strong. I do like the refried beans and the shrimp tacos are my favorite dish there. My wife gets the chicken fajitas which I eat the caramelized onions and green peppers. The service doesn't seem to slow to me and the place has a nice decore. The chips are warm and the salsa is hot.
