Butchered my hair, if you don't speak spanish best of luck to you.
I believe she was the owner. I don’t know if she had a bad night, but the whole experience sucked! On the other hand, I loved the haircut, but that lady was in a bad mood that morning! I’m giving it 3 stars because I can tell she does an amazing job cutting hair, but the experience with that lady was uncomfortable and rude.
Spoke with Rosa and was told I would receive a call back. Never happened.
