From the moment I met Rosa, I liked her! She is so nice and enthusiastic and her customer service is excellent (more than willing to try and provide whatever you need). She was the first to call me when I searched for cleaning services on Home Advisor and met me at my house that same day! I very much liked the work that was done in my house by Rosa's crew. This was their first service and they did a very complete job of cleaning. The only reason I gave a 4.5 instead of a 5 under customer service is that I had to call Rosa to find out where 2 towels from my bedroom had been placed. She knew exactly where they were and solved that problem immediately. I would have made this a 4.9 if there had been one.
