Drove 45 minute round trip for this. Forgot to check the order at the window. Get home and some food is missing.
Very good. Everything was fresh and hot and the service was outstanding !
Every time I go through the drive through my order is screwed up. Tonight was no different. Clearly the staff wanted to go home, and were in a hurry. I was there around 8:35, Rosa's was closing early at 9pm. Ordered beef burritos, got bean burritos....and refried beans and cheese all over the outside of the to-go container. The tacos on the inside of said container were all trashed...it looks the box was dropped. The only item prepared correctly was my wife's chicken fajita salad. SO, my friends all know what a huge Rosa's fan I am... Like, I bleed queso... I have eaten here since I was a kid growing up in Midland, and now take my kids and meet friends at the Frisco location off of Custer just up the street from my house like 2-3 times a week. Yeah. Serious addiction. Over the past two months, the service here was just - well - awful. I wrote into corporate in Midland and to the store off Custer about my icky experiences. I got a very nice letter from the corporate office with a $50 gift card enclosed... read more
I had my son's 16th birthday surprise party here tonight and the manager and staff were so kind and helpful! Will definitely have events here in the future!
