Worst experience ever!!!Stopped in tonight when I got back into town. Can I just it was like seeing romper room behind the counter with the three young boys fooling around. The young girl rung my order on the register and ask one of the boys to take my money but he was to busy laughing and going to the back kitchen area. I can’t believe Rocco Grande allows this stuff to go on. I guess I will take my business elsewhere that provides better Customer service then what I received!
I love their Subs and Wings. I would refer people to them all day long... Pizza is good as well my only compliant would be that there's not enough sauce on the Pizza....
I order here almost daily for lunch , They deliver and the food is ALWAYS consistent and great! best wings and pasta fagoli in town!
Ordered food, received it 1 1/2 later, after lunch ... cold. Not even a little warmth left in it. Every time we called, was just told should be there any minute. Will not order again.
Have been a customer for years and have never been disappointed with the food or the staff. The owner is amazing and makes you feel like family. If you've never patroned this establishment you are definitely missing out a great experience.
