Here at Rosalie's we pride ourselves on fresh homemade food, including fresh pastas like ravioli, pappardelle, and gnocchi. We make all our own sauces, including tomato sauces that your grandmother would be envious of! We also have the best pizza in the area in our Gourmet Pizza Shop, and we're happy to have you come and join us for a tremendous slice of pie made with the best crust and superior toppings.

We had no trouble booking online, food is amazing. Our 2nd time here and my brother in law said the Scallops were the best he'd ever had. I very much enjoyed veal and my husband and his sister enjoyed the Halibut special. Dessert of tiramisu, bruciata & banana pudding in phyllo..no words, pure indulgence. Service was fantastic and a great place for a special occasion!
Although I would recommend the dining, I would not recommend using the on-line booking. I booked online yesterday at 9:00 a.m. to dine outside in the garden area (celebrating the big 60), and I received my confirmation a short time later. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the hostess told us they didn’t look at the on-line bookings so they were overbooked outside and there was no place to sit, other than an outside table near the entrance where everyone walks in and out. Rosalie’s! You never disappoint! Came to Skaneateles for a girls day with my Mom before my wedding craziness and had an amazing meal and experience! A table opened up by the outdoor fire pit before our dinner was served and the staff so graciously offered us the table and moved us! Our meal and cocktails were beyond!! Thank you all so much for your hospitality!

phenomenal Authentic Classic Tuscin Dishes ! Hands down tne most delicious Ribeye I've ever had cooked to perfection oh & not to mention the succulent sea scallops ... don't even get me going on just how awesome the bakery is best canoliis on the planet... just a all around top notch one of a kind place . the staff is so polite ! Thank you for a wonderful experience cant wait to join you for dinner again soon🏻 🙂🇮🇹
