Here at Rosalie's we pride ourselves on fresh homemade food, including fresh pastas like ravioli, pappardelle, and gnocchi. We make all our own sauces, including tomato sauces that your grandmother would be envious of! We also have the best pizza in the area in our Gourmet Pizza Shop, and we're happy to have you come and join us for a tremendous slice of pie made with the best crust and superior toppings.

Absolutely wonderful! Service was kind and thoughtful. I was nervous bringing my two young children. Both enjoyed every bite! Our dinners were all exceptionally delicious! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
My family and friends have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The one and only time I ordered something that wasn't to my liking was immediately taken away and replaced with another delicious item I chose from the menu. As always, along with Rosalie's standard menu, there are incredible daily specials! My favorite "special" restaurant in Skaneateles, NY!
The food and service was impeccable! Atmosphere warm and comfortable. Wonderful experience.
