Unfortunately, my encounters with the company have left much to be desired, as I have found their conduct to be unprofessional and their responsiveness lacking. In particular, I have found their communication to be rude and inadequate. Despite my attempts to reach out, I have not received the level of responsiveness I would expect. This place is the worst ever if there were a 0 star ill rate them that don't ever do business with them
After calling maybe 6 times and speaking to someone who doesn’t even speak English, you may get a call back. You will be told every time that you call that nobody is there to help you. They screen the calls. If you persist and call enough times then you might get a call back from Charlie the owner. He will be rude, defensive, not professional, yelling like a lunatic and not care what your concerns are. As a property manager the experience is horrible. I imagine they can’t be much better at selling your home.
One of the WORST management companies a person could ever deal with, horrible experience, unprofessional, the property manager has no respect or professionalism, does not care about any of your concerns and speaks to your with the upmost arrogance. I would never hire this company to manage a property or anything that has to do with real estate.
